Perhaps it's my scaling up of the pattern, perhaps it's a cross-dimensional print error. I have no idea what "really" happens deep inside the printer.........either way, #34 was way too excited to snuggle up in #35:

In this case I'm lucky. The face in question is the underside of an overhang as this is the rear fender more or less.

Trace the outline with a pencil:

Redraw the tabs:

Score, cut and fold:

Glue and there it is:

I'll email Brad about this but it's not insurmountable.
